Very good work — contribute on both parts.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What exactly is the Federal Retirement Review? +

A 30–45 minute call with a Federal HR professional. We map your TSP, FEHB, FEGLI and tax picture against your retirement date — and flag the costly mistakes before they happen. No products are sold on the call.

Is this really free? +

Yes. The review is free and there's no obligation. We make our living elsewhere — this is the work we'd want our own family to have access to, and it's how we meet most of the people we eventually help in deeper ways.

Do I have to be 55 or have $200K in my TSP? +

Those are the markers for the full review call. If you're younger or earlier in your career, we'll still send you the Common Mistakes guide and the intro video — the moves you make in your 40s compound the most.

Will you try to sell me something? +

No. We don't sell investments, annuities, or insurance on the call. If after the review you want help implementing something, we can point you to vetted, fee-only people — but that's your choice, not the pitch.

What should I bring to the call? +

Your most recent SF-50 and TSP balance if you have them handy. If you don't — come anyway. We can still map the big picture from what you remember.

Who reviews me? +

A Federal HR professional — someone who reads SF-50s and processes retirements for a living. Not an advisor, not a salesperson. Real HR.
